Tube source for custom stem?

Anybody know a good source for a tubing for a custom stem? I'm looking to make a 1" threadless, so 26mm ID for the handlebar clamp, 25.4mm ID for steerer clamp. Let me know.

Aircraft Spruce. 4130 steel will fix you right up. 58 thou. wall thickness stem and bar clamp and 35 or 49 thou for the shaft of the stem.
