Columbus DT15 V Tubing

Does anyone know what the steel alloy makeup is for the Columbus DT15 V tubing on the Colnago Master X Light. Is it Niobuim?

I believe it's Columbus's Nivacrom alloy. http://ceeway.com/Tubing%20Materials.htm#ni
