Some leads on a frame for a 4'11" lady?

I'm building an xtracycle for my wife from from parts I have from an existing xtra. All I need is a nice, relatively cheap, small (preferably steel, mountain) frame and fork. Heck, I'll even consider nice completes. Any ideas?
