Carbon Frame from E-bay ??

Hi,

I am thinking of buying a carbon frame, fork and seat post from e-bay. See link below:

https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Brand-New-Full...0|293:1|294:50

The cost is just over £250 delivered. At 1050g, the frame is also quite light.

Is this too good to be true? Does anyone have experience with this frame or do you have any comments?

Please let me know what you think.

Regards, BK.

Another Hong Kong Special for sale to the westerners?

Maybe it's great, maybe not. What recourse do you have if it's not?

Are you that desperate for a carbon frame? I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole, but that's me.

If you have to ask , Is it too good to be true? . . . you know your answer.

But, if you have money sprouting from your pockets and can take the risk, go for it. I suspect you don't have that kind of money though, or you wouldn't be looking for a bargain.

There are two lengthy threads regarding these frames over in roadbikereview.com "bikes and frames", the largest is the "Hasa" thread. There a many post from riders who have purchased, built and ridden these frames and have posted their experience and opinions. Good luck.

Thanks Velomateo,

I have looked at these reviews and they are exactly what I have been looking for.

These frames seem to be ok.

Thanks.
