Nova is probably your best bet. They do have a handling charge for orders less than $50

Nova Cycles. They're in Rocklin (just N.E. of Sacramento).

I have a fairly large quantity of True Temper OX Platinum and Gold tubes here. I know we are not supposed to be selling stuff on the forum but if it is to help a frame builder out maybe they wouldn't mind. While I am getting myself in trouble I might as well tell that I just had to buy a case of silver flux, Gas Flux Type U, that I need to get rid of, perhaps a trade of sort or I may list it on Ebay to get rid of it.

Nova has a good selection, Henry James also handles True Temper tubes.
The most beautiful thing about a custom bike is not just what you see it's what you feel.
