Carbon Fork Rake Sizing?

I don't know if I should post it here or in the Road section, well if I'm posting in the wrong section I'm sure someone will let me know.

I have a chance to pick up a Reynolds Ouzo Pro fork at a hell of a price. I would like to know since there is a difference in 1mm on the rake compared to my original on what I have now that is on my bike how important is that and will it have a big effect on trailing and handling since the original is a 42mm rake and the Ouzo Pro is a 43mm rake?

you will never notice a 1mm change in rake. I assume the distance from dropout center to headset race is approximately the same, that can be important if it is a lot different.
