professional clear coat application in Los Angeles

Anyone know a place in Los Angeles who can professionally apply a clear coat on a carbon frame? current coat is just fine, just got my bike autographed by Lance. I need to protect it and I can only think of applying a clear coat over the signature or the whole of the top tube so it doesn't come off. Thanks.

Unless the underlying paint is degreased and sanded, applying a clear coat may flake off. Instead of paint you might want to look for some sort of clear laminate film to apply over the autograph area.
