Shimano Alfine 11 Speed Width
Does anybody know how wide the upcoming Alfine 11 speed is?
I need to know how wide the drop outs should be to accommodate this hub.

Is this the internally geared hub that is compatible with a Gates Belt drive system? I am very interested in knowing this because I want to (or pay someone to) build me a custom road bike using these components.
I'm going to need a custom frame as well.

The 8-speed is built for 135mm OLD frame with a 185mm axle. I cant imagine them changing it for the 11-speed.
Quite a lot of multi-use/ Uber-commuter frames come with OLD of 132.5 so they can be setup any way.
Gates makes a carbondrive sproket for Alfine hubs (1124NAF10). This is a standard Nexus hub-gear spline.
