who will put 990 brake studs on my forks

I have an 87 gt pro freestyle tour , that I want to put u brakes on without an adaptor plate. can anyone do this for me, I'm going to get them powder coated so all i need is them put on. I would also like a tab added to my frame to hold the gyro cable like the 87 catalog show, however no production 87 gt's had that tab. if you could do this for me shoot me an email chris9137@aol.com

I would call/email Thick bikes. They actually have a bike shop now but he still does BMX frames and mods/repairs: http://www.thickbikes.com/custom.php

Edit: At the bottom of those pages it says fames/forks/handlebars no longer available, it looks like they stopped doing any of that stuff.
