Would a local auto body shop do frame powdercoating?

I thought this was the best place to ask. I've never ventured into this part of BF before. Does anyone think that a local body shop (There are a couple smallish ones in my town) would be able, or willing, to do a frame powder coat? Do you think I'd have to explain anything to them, where not to paint (BB, Headtube), or give them any other directions? Or could I just tell them what to do (I'm thinking a single-color job, nothing fancy)? How much do you think it would cost compared to having a framebuilder or specialty place do it? Has anyone had experience with doing this? I would like to do it myself, but I don't want to mess anything major up, and I'm building up the bike for someone else, so I want it to look professional.

They are normally specialty shops. Check with your local motorcycle shops.
They use powder coating a lot.
