Disc brake mount jig?

Is there a way to make a disc brake mount BRAZING jig? $125 is just too much for a one time operation. And I do not want to flame my spokes trying to do it with the wheel on.

I was thinking of an armature on an axle... has any one made one?

Find a junk wheel with the same brake and line it up. Line the wheel with sheet metal and use the original wheel. These are the only back yard ideas I can come up with.
