Powder coat - metallic brown or metallic green??
 

My new custom built will have a powder coat solid color. I am very happy with the solid blue powder coat on my expedition bike, but this take-down/folding mini-velo will be different and I want a metallic green (ideally British Racing Green) or metallic brown (Beer Bottle Brown).

Has anyone had experiences with these metallic colours and application in powder coating? Any issues? Did the colours come out solid?

I understand that in one-of situations there is a degree of luck involved, but is there one obvious colour that does not work out well at all? :notamused: and :cry:

the only thing that I've heard is that really light colors can be problematic, never heard of dark colors being a problem
