Bike size

So I'm looking at a Miyata, 512 on craigslist. I know they are made for smaller riders, and the current person has it set for their 5'2 stature (smaller front wheel). If I replace the tires with two 27inch wheels would it fit my 5'8 stature?

Thanks.

Never. the frame was built to use a smaller wheel in the front no matter what u do the frame size will be same all the time.

For you to understand it better, that you put longer tires or smaller tires in your car wont make the car to spacious, right?

What u need is a frame in size like 54.

Good luck.
