631 Tubing
Two questions,
1. How does 631 compare to Zona?
2. Head tube collars not required???
Asking because Bianchi's Vigorelli appears to not use collars, is that possible?

not sure about the comparison of tubing. The need for collars is a function of tubing thickness. If you don't want to use them, tubing thick enough to use without a collar is a stock item, at least for True Temper, Columbus, and Deda.
