There arent many framebuilders in my city and the price I got quoted by the one I did find was $85 to braze rear cantilever brake bosses and cable stop bridge. Is this a typical price? The builder will be supplying the bosses and bridge.

Pretty much impossible to compare builders from place to place. Everyone has different priorities, overhead, time restraints, etc.
But still, I'd say that's a fair price.

Fair price, but keep in mind that you will be left with bare metal on the stays around those bosses.
