Please help in locating a tapered tubing source for an automobile water manifold

Bicycle Friends,
Although I only ride bikes, I am an automobile restorer in El Salvador.
I need your kind help in locating a tapered tubing source for an automobile water manifold. The only information a friend could pass on to me, is that he bought them from Easton for a Tandem bike. Called, no avail.
I am attaching a photo of what I am looking for. Taper Diameters: 32mm / 16mm
Thank you for your kind help.
Kind regards,
Alberto

The diameter differences are large in the bike world. Maybe a tube made to company spec, have fun chasing one down. The next choice would be multiple tubes of changing diameters brazed in line. But the internal flow would be poor through all those step. Perhaps a sheet rolled into a cone and edge welded? Andy.

I have something close

to what you need.

These are unicrown fork blades from nova. The radius on the bends are different and useless to me.
The small end is 19mm and the large end is 32mm+/-

the picture shows the size and taper section.

I'd happily send them to El Salvador if you need them in exchange for a cool local surprise in return.
Let me know.

Edit, looks like your tube stops at 19mm as well and has a 16mm nipple brazed inside the end.
I think I have what you want depending on the length you need.

Looks like they are 1.2mm at the small end and 1mm thick thru the straight section.

Rolling it might be a pain but you could use one of the free cone making programs available online. I've done some expansion chambers for two stroke engines with it.

You could always try Glyne Manufacturing Inc, Stratford, CT. They do all sorts of custom stuff.

Hello Kneel,
Are the large radiused ends oval or round?
You could ship them to me to the USA, as I have an address there.
What would you like for them?
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Alberto

The big ends are round Alberto,

I think they will go in a flat rate envelope for $5.15 so let's call it an even $15.

Give me an address and I'll put a SASE in the box with the tubes to keep it simple and you can send a check or cash back if that's easiest.

If you don't feel comfortable posting your address, feel free to use the PM feature of the forum.

Good luck with your project,
jake
