If it's butted tubing, I would just gusset it and be done. If it's not butted tubing, a sleeve would work fine. Given the damage, I assume the tubing is fairly thin, which would suggest a diamond shaped patch with ~1/4-3/8" of overlap around the edges

Gotcha. Thanks, I'll purchase the alloy today and post again once I finish. It is butted. I'm not rally sure what that is but I know it is because of a manufacture's sticker on the frame.

JBone78- What filler did you use? Has a silver look in your photos, not the best choice (if this is silver) to fill large areas with a puddle. The brazing looks to be not well done, maybe a bit cold. The fluxed area didn't extend very far beyond the dent. Doesn't look like much heat extended beyond the dent also. Not sure what the "brick' is in the earlier post. A plug attempt? If so then the plug looks to be FAR too thick for the thin wall section it's on top of. Trying to match the heat sucking nature/wall/thermal mass of a plug (or lug/socket for that matter) to the tubes that join it is a good thing. Andy.
