Corrosion/Pitting question
After viewing the attached photos, do I have a severe problem requiring downtube replacement? The tubing is Reynolds 531 DB.

Things wear out. I wouldn't replace the DT. If it's corroded in one spot, it's likely in others. I'd make a new frame.
