Changing skirts for guys

Where can you buy these? I see cyclists using them to change in and out of their cycling shorts in public places without flashing everyone.

Bruce/CaitlynJenner has come out with a portable changing tent that is being used at the women's soccer world cup. It's called the Jenner check. Quite a few of the women have had to be checked by the officials, so they erect the Jenner check and take a peek at what's going on in privacy.

Kind of an equipment check.

Or, go buy a piece of fabric for $5, cut slits every six inches near the top of it and run a drawstring through it.

Magical, cheap changing "skirt".
