I haven't tried that specific saddle, but of the few cheaper noseless saddles I have tried, I have not found one that I find comfortable.
I am currently riding a Selle SMP TRK saddle (not noseless) that works well for me as far as pressure on the tender bits... To get it to fit right, I have to angle it forward a bit, but at that point it gets very comfortable.

I immediately went and bought a Selle SMP Extra saddle, and then 3 days before the re-test did not ride at all. The result: PSA=2.4. So, I can't say for certain if it's the saddle or the 3 days of non-riding that were contributory, but it certainly makes sense to utilize a cut out or deep groove saddle so as to minimize pressure on the perineal region.
As another positive side effect I've found, is that with my new saddle I do not need to use chamois or other creams yet get no chafing in the nether region.
Hope this helps.
Best regards

Noseless saddles are de rigeur in the Netherlands
So I ride a lot and when I do my PSA levels increase. This is common as a normal seat puts tons of pressure on your junk. So anyway I want to try a new seat. Have any of you used a nose-less seat?
The look dumb as hell but if they work and are comfortable I am willing to make the change.

I actually bought one and put it on an old Raleigh and rode it to work for 2 years. It was freakin' great. My weight was on my feet and my butt, not my bits. It took some time to get used to, and I think I'd get one that was wider for my fat butt.
So I recommend it, and anyway, instead of hemming and hawing, why not just man up and spend 30 bucks on a seat and test it? 8)
Good luck!
