It is doubtful that any replacement jockey wheel is going to make any difference in the way the RD works or make the drive train more efficient. If it is simply for bling, go for it. When the jockey wheels on my Shimano 105 RD ceased to have any teeth on them, it was time to replace the RD. The original and the replacement together lasted 27,000 miles so I figure the originals must be pretty darn good.
