What service? I've never had a service issue going online either. In fact for example, I bought a pair of shoes at an LBS that they fitted to me but hurt my feet after riding once on them, I took them back to get a different pair and they wouldn't take them back because I wore them! I never had that issue going online. Needless to say I haven't gone back to that shop. The return policy online is far better than any LBS. Again what service? Advice? Most of the time I know what I want, but if I go into a LBS to get advice on an item then I will buy that item from them because they took the time to help me. I get all my small items from an LBS because the cost savings is nil online. Sometimes I get a great sale on stuff at an LBS but it's rare, I got a couple of turnout saddles that retailed for $130 range for just $30 at an LBS.

I'm not anti LBS, I'm anti high prices, I worked hard for my money and plan of keeping some of it!! LOL!!
