research on bikes
My brother has a couple of bikes he wants to get rid of and he is not sure how much to ask for them. So I am going to help him out by doing research he said the Mt bike was given to him and he was told it was expensive. Can you send me in a direction thanks

I would checkout ebay current and completed auctions. Maybe craigslist to see if there is something that is similar but that is hit or miss.

yep I would check craigslist in your area and see what similar bikes are going for...
if you want to know what the original price of the bike was... several of the brands have an archive section on their website where you should be able to find the bike information.
