I could make you a set out of some string and resin. Don't know how well they'd perform though. They'd be super light then I'd sell them for $5.

This looks like the start of a fine trolling thread . . .

I've found good deals on drop bars and lots of other things at JensenUSA.com. Got the handlebar for my Litespeed there.

You neglected to list "strongest" as one of your criteria. For a component whose failure is most likely to be sudden, unexpected, catastrophic, and land me in the hospital with severe head/facial injuries, strength is way higher in my priorities than "cheap."

I like my Deda Newtons. Not cheap, but not break-the-bank expensive, solid and light (just over 200g). And not cheap no-name carbon. I'm kind of paranoid about that.

Lots of reputable brand name aluminum bars out there that are reasonably priced and lightweight. Check Williams Cycling etc...

I wouldn't buy the lightest cheapest bars of all time for certainly it would just a matter of time before they broke. But if breakage isn't a concern then Tune makes a bar called the Spurtstark that weighs 166 grms made of a Kevlar Carbon mix, so it might be strong enough or it might not.
