Have You Bought a Discovery Channel Jersey Yet?
I don't normally spend much $ on jerseys but my 6 yr old bought me one of these jerseys for my birthday. I know I will look like a poser, but I am proud of it simply because my son gave it to me. Turned out to be a good chance to discuss Lance Armstrong, and bike racing with him. We also went to the team Discovery site and watched some training videos, interviews with Lance etc. He was real interested.

My grandson could give me an undersized bright pink Barbie jersey, I'd still wear it. But I wouldn't shell out bucks for a Discovery jersey or any other over-priced jersey for that matter.
But it is nice looking and I do hope you enjoy it.

It seems most of the polls on here are always missing an option.
"No, and I don't plan to" should be on there.
This summer, i'm holding out for a Gerolsteiner jersey and one I saw with the graphics from Bruce Brown's 60's classic movie "Endless Summer."
I do have one of the green TdF sprinters jersey and I can tell you; those high-end Nike jerseys are amazing. I don't know how but it's really like wearing nothing at all.
The air flows through it like no other jersey I have worn.

I could see buying a jersey if that was the ONLY way that Lance and the boys could afford to go to the TdF. Likewise, I could see buying a jersey to support Lance's cancer foundation.
However, I can't see dropping megabucks to advertise for the Discovery Channel... part of one of the world's largest media conglomerates. Sure, I like the Discovery Channel's programs, but I think they can afford to field a bike team without my help.
