Let's Be Honest
I amnewbie to this forum and the cycling world. I have found this forum VERY HELPFUL!!!!
But I want to know how many of you will admit to spending more time on this forum than actually biking.

I probably do. I have family priorities that severly limit my bike time, so I get a bike fix at this forum. But I won't admit it.
Oops, I just did.
Never mind.......

I'm online more than I'm biking, but I'm not sure if I'm on bikeforums more than I'm biking. I visit bikeforums frequently but I think actual time spent on the bike and actual time on bikeforums is probably pretty close.

I spend a fair bit of time here, but it doesn't eat in to my cycling time.
I'm never here when I could be biking. Only when I could be working .

I spend less time on the forum than on a bike.
Biking:
1-2hrs M-F
5-7hrs Sat/Sun
Forum - 1-2hrs M-F, Sat - 3hrs, Sun - usually not on at all.

I easily spend more time on here than on my bike...it's been raining cats and dogs, and to be honest, I can't ride my bike 5 hours a day so I spend time on here and various other forums, but I still love riding

The time on the Forum versus riding?? The time spent probably "evens out" in the long run!!
Since I ride almost every day...even if it's just the commute...I will be on the bike about 45 minutes or so a weekday (more if I choose the "long way home" ). Any other riding would also be done FIRST!
If it's really bad weather out...or after I have returned from getting my bike "fix"...I'll be here!!
(Not all the time...I am on some other forums, bike or otherwise, too. I love Bikeforums the best...hands down!! The "other" forums are more for info.--and discussion of non-bike topics.)
Why do you think I ended up becoming my own IT Department, anyhow?? The "care and feeding" of the PC is not exactly my favorite task, y'know!
