Happy FIFTEENTH Anniversary
Today marks a 15th Anniversary for me.
15 years ago today, I decided to start riding my bicycle regularly. I hadn't ridden much for a few years but thought that it was time to begin again.
Although I figured I was in pretty good shape, I struggled to get 2 miles out on that first ride!!
But I've stuck with it all these years, and it is still my favorite sport!

Congratulations on your anniversary. What is even MORE impressive is the places you have visited, and the astounding number of miles you have cycled on some of your trips. Although I probably rode my bike 300 days last year, just one of your "bigger" trips probably covered more miles. And you once got tired after two miles!!

Thanks.
I've done 57508 miles in that time.
But I started sort of slow ... it wasn't till 1999 that I began consistently riding 5000+ miles each year.
And yes ... at one time I struggled with 2 miles!!!
