I just got my girlfriend a job at a bike shop!
One of the bike shops in my town (not the one I work part-time for) sent me a notice that they were hiring. I let them know my plate is full, but I forwarded it to my girlfriend.
Yesterday, they offered her a full-time sales position!
I'm excited for her, and excited that she'll become even more of a bike nerd. She loves to ride, but hasn't paid very close attention to bikes themselves. She has a lot to learn, and I'm happy to help her nerd up.
Plus, we'll soon be moving into a house that makes both our bike commutes easy (~3 miles).

"Parts/bikes at cost."
Enjoy.

More like cost, including shipping +10%
A shop benefits by having a woman talking to their woman customers ..
Big enough shop and Pricing and stocking, display in addition to customer service ,
give the wrenching people more time to get the Repair Queue down to a reasonable turnaround.
