Fake Mavic Wheels maybe?
Hey guys,
No real knowledgeable rim experts in my country. I just bought a set of Mavics and I am concern then could be fake. It's silly but
a. They came with Yksion Elite tires (max110psi) and retail package reads that they should be with Mavic Yksion Griplink and Powerlink in the rear (max 125psi if I am not mistaken), that is unexpected.
b. They were also missing a multi-tool wrench according to some reading (I think that is because of the spoke nipple being inside the body
c. Package was shipped from Romania... not the place I would expect.
They are the Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbon,
(Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbon Exalith Road Wheelset)
Any thoughts appreciated,
Thanks,
