How does this ulock holder work?

Hey,

So I went to my local MEC looking for a ulock holder and they didn't have one for sale but the guy who worked there hooked me up with one for FREE AWESOME. Stupidly, I don't look over it too much, and just take it home. I have no idea how it's suppose to mount or hold the ulock.

-So you see those two screws in the rectangle cutout? When I remove them I can rotate the circle, not sure what's that's for.
-I don't even know where it mounts to my bike and where it mounts to the ulock.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Google is Amazing! LOL!

OK, the "Bikeman" is a hoot, but he answers your question three minutes in. My guess is that the holder is useless for you...

Excellent advice on the mounting cap, though. I wish someone had told me that, long ago!
