"1. Be sure the brakes is in very good condition and working properly. (Very important)
2. Be sure the steering wheel is working properly. (Very important)"

Brakes Are ... and my bike lacks a steering wheel.

I would suggest links to sites explaining issues like tire pressure and basic maintenance so if, say, the brakes aren't working, a rider could figure that out and what to do about it.

Anybody get the feeling that English is not this guy's primary language?

If I ride beside the road, all the other old guys will come out and shout "Get off my lawn!"

Dang, I break a lot of other people's rules!

OP you'd probably be more informative by paring it down to a few points that you're sure are right in most situations.

Yep, especially with the "be humble" and the video from the Philippines, I get the distinct impression that it is geared towards a foreign audience in a location where cycling may not be a common thing. Nothing wrong with trying to educate your local area!

It's common sense.
If you can't find the shortcut.
Then go ahead use the highways.

I'm a newbie Front Page user from 2002, and haven't touched much web design since then. Seriously. Why would you laugh at someone who was doing their best to advance a sport they love? Utterly idiotic.

as I mentioned above ... consider eventually adding links to the actual cycling laws in your nation, and whatever sites talk about repair and maintenance.
