Lower your saddle 1 mm at a time (no joke). I have a sweet spot where if I am 1mm too low I get knee pain and 1mm too high I get a sore behind. Same technique for saddle fore-aft as well as angle up-down. Some saddles feel better pointed slightly upward, like a few degrees. Brooks Cambium is an example.
