Boeshield T9 stop spraying?
Does anyone else use Boeshield, and have you had an issue with the can clogging up and not spraying? I bought mine a few months back, used it to coat the interior of a bike frame, then it sat. When I pulled it out yesterday to do another frame, it no longer is working, even though when shaking it, it is evident there is at least half a can or better left.
I see that it is also sold in liquid form, would there be an issue puncturing the can and draining the contents in a spray bottle for use? It was quite expensive to get a bit of use out of and have to toss the rest away.

The white cap that the spray tube fits into pulls straight off. You can then push the exposed tube and see if you still have propellant. If so, clean out the white cap with solvent.

I use Boeshield, and did have it clog up once. Soaked the spray nozzle in naptha, and blew it out with compressed air, good as new.

OK, when you mean spray nozzle, do you mean the white top, or the actual bit that goes into the can? I tried taking the cap off and just depressing the bit that goes into the can, it kinda piddled a bit out, but not much.

Have only ever use the liquid dispenser, but I'd try what the others have suggested.

Depends how long the can has been sitting around. My experience with boeshield, is that it doesn't stay energized for very long--5 to 6 months, at most.
I flip the can, pierce it with an awl, and let the remaining propellant escape. An old manual can-opener can then be used nicely to remove the bottom, and pour the contents out. An old beer can opener would be even better/quicker, but can you even buy those anymore?

When you're done spraying something that'll harden or set between uses like paint, turn the can upside-down and spray for a few seconds. Spray just until the contents stop flowing and what's coming out is practically nothing but propellant. This helps clear the nozzle so it won't clog up solid between uses.

Before you go piercing the can, sit it in some hot water for 5-10 minutes. That might soften the waxy component that is likely blocking the tube inside the can. Akso the heat will increase the pressure a bit if it's a bit low.

Anyone who pierces or heats potentially pressurized aerosol cans lacks basic common sense.

BS. Heating spray cans in hot water has been a technique used for ages before applying the paint in them top improve flow. I've done it many times.

First off, @TimothyH - yes, the MSDS should be followed. That said...
Thanks! That got me a bit more spraying, not enough unfortunately.
I ended up taking a Swiss Army knife and puncturing the bottom of the can. Almost no aerosol came out, I'm guessing it was depleted. Cut a V in the bottom, cut an aeration notch on the other side, and dumped it in a spray bottle. Collected ~300mL of fluid, and from my beer drinking days, I know that is nearly the entirety of the 12oz spray can (although, I used surprisingly little on the last frame)
Oh well, finished the tubes, and the rest is in a pump spray bottle where it will remain useful.

Good job jefnvk. You'll find plenty of uses for the stuff. I like it for pedals and cleats.

Not really meant as a burn. I posted this question, and then a few minutes later stumbled across an Amazon review that said the company offered advice on how to fix it over email, so I sent them a message and just haven't heard back yet. Hasn't been 48 hours yet, so I don't really consider it bad service, just not as quick as these forums

We use it in the shop all the time and don't have issues. I also have a can at home that is still good and had it for years. I used it a little while ago to try and get some gunk out of shifters because I didn't have any WD-40 handy and probably hadn't touched it for a year or two.
As people have said try cleaning the cap and nozzle
