I'm so ignorant. I don't even know who is Napoleon Dynamite. Can someone explain to me?

So, what is the original poster's intention? What I'm suppose to be saying here?

Little more explanation helps.

What is a sledgehammer? What kind of story Napoleon dynamite has? In what way the original post supposed to be funny?

Napolean is a socially akward extrovert at a high school in Iowa (?). His friend Pedro has a "sweet" bike, and the two (in one scene) make a ramp and jump off it (well, only Pedro makes it all the way over). The sweet bike is a Sledgehammer with shocks and pegs. Napolean owns an awesome bike-boom (ish) road bike, but I guess those aren't cool in his book...

Thanks, el twe.

So, that means Sledgehammer(like the one people use in demolition work?) is not a name of the bike but a part of the bike?

Edit: Ok, I googled it.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0374900/

But it's not showing the bike. Anybody has a link to the photo?

No joke. It seems Sledgehammer was actually for sale and sold.

http://www.baddosage.com/forums/t522...-dynamite.html

"Too late, it's already sold and it went for $3,383.33 ($US)"

I couldn't find the photo of the Sledgehammer but this Tshirt shows approximately what it looks like.

http://www.wackyplanet.com/dynatshpelus.html

It doesn't seem like it has shocks.
