Girls on trails?
What do u do when you like what you see from behind and like it even more once you see the face during the overtaking moment. I like chics on saddles more but joggers tend to look better and more fit for some reason, have you ever tried slowing down and using some kind of pick up line or just be nice and starting a conversation? Do they get upset and act like you've spoiled their rythem or do u get some kind of cooperation? I'm just curious cuz some girls are too pretty to be passed by.

I dunno, I'm not good at hitting on girls. My conversations usually start with "uhhh, uhhh, hi. My names, umm, uhhh chris. What your name?"
To be honest I just clicked on this thread because I saw "Girls" in the title. |
heehhehehehehehehe...he said girls...hehehheheheheheheheh...yeah, that was hot...heheheheh

ROFL.....Girls..on bikes, don't see many of those around these parts and if I do they're riding with their husband. If I ever do find a girl out chugging along by herself...I'd say something...it's a rarity.

fat bottom girls you make the rockin' world go round.... get on your bikes and ride!

Ok, I have to tell this story now.
Yesterday I was headed out to the trail to run, not to bike. As I'm putting on sunscreen this girl jogs in from one end, grabs water at the station, then heads out. She's not moving fast, so based on her speed and head start I figure I'll be alongside her in about a mile. Nothing. Not a bleedin' sausage. So I figure she must've picked up the pace, so I start picking mine up, and another mile goes by and I realize I've been burned. So I start pulling the pace up some more, pushing the gears past the easy training jog I'd planned. Nothing. She's burned me HARD. Just then she zooms past in the opposite direction. On a BIKE. Apparently she was a triathlete and today was brick day or something. I'd been trying to catch what looked to be a nice little Trek road bike on foot. Today's training run totally trashed and my legs destroyed, my pride and I managed a slow lope back to the car. |
Lauren must be bangin' :D

Last ride I got out of the city without incident. Then I come across a guy standing by the road, beer bottle in hand. I hear "Nice ... bike" from a guy that probably hasn't been on one since he was a kid. Bike, yeah. |
A post of mine to another thread that you may find relevant...
I've got a good friend who has about 100 bicycles (no kidding, one of THOSE guys), and really loves them to the bottom of his heart, always working on them, tinkering, etc. One year at Burning Man we are all sitting around when this beautiful, I'm talking angelically sexy woman comes riding by on a bike, completely nude. Her hair is trailing in the wind, her bare breasts glinting in the sun, looking just perfect in every way. His wife gestures at the woman and says, "Wow, will you look at that!" and my friend replies, "WOW!! You don't see 30's Schwinns in that good of shape very often!" She later accused him of being burned out on titties, which he now vehemently denies. But I was there, I saw him look right past the woman and right to the bike, and he's gonna have to do some serious flesh ogling to regain his credibility as a sexual being. I'm a pretty friendly guy, and will usually say hi or something nice to just about everyone. If I ride past you and say, "Hi! nice bike!" I'm probably telling the truth, not trying to get in your bibs or nothing. ;) peace, sam |

One can be juvenile and do the wolf howl, "OOOOWWWWWuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!"
Honestly.... a friendly, "Good Morning (or Good Afternoon), ladies!" usually elicits some smiles. |
ok BlueNile, here's the scoop....
you say "you're just too pretty to pass by!" I think you got it right the first time. It sure would make me blush and look twice. |
I haven't just because I'm somewhat shy...if I'm comfortable with a person I'm anyhting but shy, but if I don't know em...well I'll be stuttering and mumbling and well...just making a giant dorkrind out of myself.

Since I'm happily married beautiful girls while out riding (or anywhere else for that matter) for me are like National Geographic magazine - exotic places that look great but I know I'll never get to visit..... They certainly make for a more enjoyable ride tho.
My advice is go for it, don't be shy just greet them like you would any other person, something like "hi, beautifull day for a ride!" - but mean it, let yourself be in that appreciative state of mind where you really are enjoying the day and the sincerity will come through, then just let it flow from there. If they want to continue the conversation you'll know, they'll respond in such a way that continues into conversation. if not, then you're going to feel good just because you said something nice to a fellow human being and there's nothing wrong with that. |
Chicks. On bikes. In thongs. I love this country!

why don't you consult Hitch on this one?

Off topic: Just wondering if BlueNile is a fan of the band. :) |
