Good site for reducing your image size?

My computer crashed and I lost all of my files . I forgot what site I used to reduce the file size of my avatar. It was real easy to use. Help?

You could always use Irfanview, a very easy-to-use basic image viewer and editor. It's a free download at www.irfanview.com
