Are nashbar, performance and supergo the same company?

Because right now all three sites are down with similar maintainance messages. Is this something everyone knew about, or a big conspiracy that I just uncovered?

I think they used to be different, but Performance bought the other two. Their websites are also hosted on the same machine, so they're sllllooooooowwwwwww. heh.

You must be special. I've been buying from Nashbar and Performance for several years but never got a Supergo catalog until a few months ago when I bought something from them.
