I am going to go look at a 3-4 year old Kona kahuna bike in a little while I was womndering if $300 was a good price for one of these? I am brand new to this. (have not ridden a bike in ten years) I am looking for something that will hold up to small jumps and be good for trails and SOME downhill stuff. Would this be a good bike for that? Thanks for any help.

Konas have a rep for being well made and really durable. Price depends entirely on condition. If it looks like new, fits you, and lights your fuse - price is fine. If any of these don't jive, keep shopping.

Thanks for the help. I did buy it. Got it for $280. It needs a tune up and a set of rear sprokets but in great shape otherwise. I rode it today on some trails it was a blast!
