500 roadies = bike traffic jam

It was almost like a roadie version of Critical Mass. There were so many of us we had to stop on the Diagonal Highway (Hwy 119) between Boulder and Longmont.

This was a short and slow ride in memory of Scott Kornfield and other cyclists who have died on Colorado roads. Those in the Denver area can see us on the Channel 4 news tonight. Photographers from the Denver, Longmont, and Boulder papers were also all over the place covering this event.

Thanks for sharing the photos with us. I had just been down that road (in a car) when I visited my daughter a couple of weeks before the accident. I had marvelled at all the bikes everywhere and wished I could be riding mine!
