Just increse by longest ride.

I live in Boston. I decided to go out to Hudson, MA for some items that were previously arranged for me to pick-up, but today I decide I was going to rise the whole distance. While I did not get to Hudson due to some confusing Mapquest direction. I increase my longest ride from 16 miles to 56 miles. I am so happy with myself. I just need to stop a few times for gatorades when my Camelbak emptied. Well, I am on my way to mental preping myself for Cat 5 racing, my current goal for my road bike. Thanks for reading and any encouraging comments people have.

Congratulations on the 56 miles pakole. That was a big jump going from 16 miles to 56.

Get yourself the Rubel Bike Map of Eastern MA. It shows the best roads for cycling, and has lots of other useful information. Congrats on the big leap ahead!
