I'll be there with blue tag #1418. I'll be on a Schwinn also (late 80's silver/white Premis) with a large rack on the back for carrying lots of crap I'll keep a lookout for your number, amongst the 8999 other numbers

Just got back home about an hour ago. I had a good time, which is the norm with this ride. Not too many drunks, lots of punk kids on BMX bikes doing 'stunts' , some real cuties in the blue group ( )
I only saw one old schwinn before the ride, I was on the east side of the fountain killing time, and there was a fendered Schwinn in one of the racks. Maybe that was you?
Did you get misdirected towards the end? We did a circle somewhere near Grant Park, came back and suddenly I was behind people I had passed only 15 minutes earlier.

I just went balls to the wall and did it in 1:15 . I was back by 3, hung out at the stage to eat and rest, then left at 4. I had 3 people talk to me about my bike. It was also fun being in the lead pack keeping up with the $2-3k bikes. I didn't get lost at all, being part of the early group was a little confusing when the turns were empty with no one giving directions.

I found the people not as talkative this year, but maybe it was just the section I was in. I had blue also, but about mid-pack. Kind of a bunch of duds near me for the better part of the ride. I did get to smoke a few kids on the last bridge we went over-it was a small hill, and they just couldn't get it together.
Only question I got about my bike was when I came out of one of the PortaSans, and someone asked "Is that your bike, cause it just fell over."
