Anyone have a mussette? Not a messenger bag, but an old fashioned canvas or cotton bag with long straps to wear over your head. It seems like such a brilliant old-school solution for carrying a lunch or a few small groceries. When you're not using it, you just roll it up and stick it in your jersey pocket.

The problem is that the only one I can find anywhere is on the Bianchi site:

I don't have anything against Bianchi, but I don't want to pay $19 for a little cotton bag. If you have a cheaper, better alternative, I'd love to hear where you got yours.

You might want to check Bike Buisness on Freeport. If they don't have one they might be able to order one.

Check the Burley bicycle website. They have promo nylon mussettes with their logo on it; and it won't be $19!

Ah, yes! Good idea, Cynikal. A detour to the Bike Biz after work. I better not mention it to the wife... Who knows what else I might find there?

That's one of my favorite detours, usually expensive. But they are the only ones in town who actually stock track and single speed parts.
