Topeak - Great Customer Service!

I have a Topeak Road Morph. Went to move it from one bike to another and discovered the bracket strap was not long enough to go around the aluminum tube. I emailed Topeak requesting the cost to get a new strap.

A new strap and bracket arrived today in the mail - no charge! This is the kind of customer service that has almost disapered these days. Good customer service and good products deserve need to be recognized! Topeak - you ROCK!

While, I've never had to utilise Topeak customer service, I've heard of similar stories about them. I've always found their stuff to be of high quality and functionality. I've received a similar wonderful treatment from the folks at Easton.

I inquired about buying an extra mounting bracket so I could share the pump between two bikes- and they sent me a free one... I told a friend about it and he said he paid $10 at the LBS for the same thing.

Incredible... there was nothing wrong with mine...

I broke the little release tab on my road morph mount, so I sent them an e-mail asking about puchasing the part. About a week later (just this past week) I get not one, but two full sets of mounts in the mail. Incredible customer service if you ask me.

Same experience here.

In fact, I noticed the postmark on the envelope... same day that we called!! They don't screw around.

Same thing here. I own a tandem with an oversized top tube and left a telephone message on their 800 number, and about a week later it arrived in the mail no charge!

Topeak is losing my support. I emailed them just after I posted earlier and still haven't recieved a reply. It sucks having a nice pump and having to way to carry it. Can someone give me Topeaks number? I couldn't find it online. Thanks.

edit: I found the number. It is 1-800-213-4561 within the US. I called and got through immediately. The person I spoke to was nice and is sending me a bracket free of charge.

I just sent them an email because my quick release clamp on my turbo morph broke. Hopefully they will send me one.

I had the end of my Topeak Joe plow pump begin to leak, and they sent me out a new end no charge. No hassle. Great company.
