Never knew a Heart Monitor was so cool.
I've just been back on the bike for a couple of weeks after missing all of May, June, and most of July due to a car wreck. The doctor made me get a heart monitor and gave me ranges and times to hit. This thing is really cool. It makes the workout much better and once I hit the goals, I can ride more if I want knowing that I already got in a good workout. I thought they were just something for racers, but know I wish I had gotten one long ago. BTW - I got it cheap on eBay! No bells and whistles, just the HR. $10.
