New guy from leeds help
hi everybody it looks like you could help me out i have just bought a trek 1500 after about 4 years of commuting on a mountain bike and would like to take my fitness to the next level i have a rhb of 50bpm but have no idea about interval training or what zones to be in i have no real ambition to race just lose the unecessary pounds and be able to climb better

BTW....I stayed a few days in Leeds last year when I vacationed in England. A buddy of mine put me up for a few days while I was "up his way".
