most interesting x-training i've done....
yesterday me & my wife and my two little ones went to the cubs game. we went to lincoln park to walk the zoo and play & we took out a paddleboat. so here i am, spinning while my kids want to go faster...faster..... good workout. .. . .

i guess since my day included pedaling a paddleboat it technically isn't x-training. i should have said most interesting pedaling done to date.
and that doesn't include the bar in portland where they mix drinks by pedaling a bike to turn the egg beater they have hooked up.

ever the milage junkie, i wanted to - just to include it in my yearly milage. went really hard the first 20 minutes, then pedaled gently for recovery for the walk later.....
