Gas price up again

yesterday it was $1.13 per litre, now it is $1.19 per litre. It has gone up twice this week. first it was 1.08, then 1.13, now it is 1.19 per litre. I still see people at the pumps.

Gas was $2.53 a gallon here on Tuesday. Wednesday the price went up to either $3.09 or $3.19 a gallon. I saw an unusually high amount of motorcycles on the road yesterday and today. Cannot wait to see what moped sales are going to do.

$2.59 on Monday
$2.79 on Wednesday
$2.99 on Thursday

What sucks is my gym is 17 miles away. I'm looking at $5.00 in gas just to go to the freaking gym and back.

Reminds me of this picture of three dudes going up the escalator to get to the gym, with stares on both sides of the escalator.

A 34-mile bike trip would totally sap all of your energy to go lift weights. Back in HS, I'd ride my bike to the gym as a warm-up, but it was less than 2 miles away so I was warmed up, not spent, by the time I got in the weight room.

gas is going to be $3.69 in my hometown as of tomorrow, for regular. That's up a full dollar since I was last up there a week and a half ago.

Have you ever weightlifted before? I'm not talking about little weights either to get a "pump." I mean serious training for sports like football. You only have so much energy in your body that you can expend. The more that gets used for cycling means the less you can use for weightlifting.
