What pedal is this?

I picked up an old Corsaro, and it's got these swanky pedals on it. I'd like to use them, if all I need are cleats.

I've used nothing but SPD's upto this point, so some guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I think you need toe clips made specially for this one and straps.

Don't run red lights, wear a helmet, use hand signals, get some cycle lights(front and rear) and, FFS, don't run red lights!

Those are old, single sided road bike pedals without the toe clips and the straps. There are some that used a cleat, but I'm not sure of these do or not.
