lately my upper body has become more muscular, and my neck and shoulders are increasing in size, I think it is from riding a lot, I don't lift weights at all, so what I was wondering is, has this happened to anyone else on this forum????
Thanks for the replies fellas, I thought I was doing something right SSCYCO, I also ride up hills, and usually in to a head wind, sometimes I go up the same hill 3 -4 times per day, and I usually have to stand, due to the wind.
A guy I know who works out at the spa has a decently sized upper bod. Mine is not so obvious. But I showed him my forearms and punched my abs to show him what cycling alone has done for me. He was impressed!
