TOPEAK stands by their product

Ok I was amazed how a simple Phone Call could get me a part that broke off.

I have a Mountain Morph™ Pump (frame mounted), the plastic receiver broke off the frame mount.

I called, they said they would send it right out, never explained a thing, just told the guy it broke.

Now that's Customer Service!

I own a road morph that I wanted to mount on a second bike. When I called to inquire how I could buy another mounting clamp, they sent me one- free. I agree, they are a great company.

Broke the footpeg on my Road Morph. Called them and they sent new foot peg no questions asked. Great service- great pump.

same happened to me with crank brothers. i broke a hex wrench on my Multi Tool and they sent a replacement to me within a week, plus a nifty looking crank brothers sticker that i put on my bike!
